Return Policy
At JMotor Show, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return policy in accordance with consumer protection laws in Portugal.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation in Portugal, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need for justification. This right is guaranteed by the Portuguese Civil Code and the European Consumer Rights Directive.
- Conditions for Return
In order for a return to be accepted, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 working days from the date the customer received the order.
- The product must be in new condition, with no signs of use, and with original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns of damaged, used, or unboxed products.
- The product must be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
- How to Return an Item
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support.jmotorshow@gmail.com stating your intention to return the product and provide purchase details (order number, purchased item, etc.).
- Return Request: After contacting us, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You may return the product via a carrier of your choice, provided the shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly).
- Product Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Preferably, use the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Send the product to our return address, which will be provided upon return request.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Returns under the right of withdrawal: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or there was an error in the shipment (e.g., an incorrect product was sent).
- Returns for defective or incorrect items: If the product is defective or was sent incorrectly, the return will be at no cost to the customer.
- Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If you paid by bank transfer or another method, we will contact you to confirm your bank account details to process the refund.
- Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right of return does not apply in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized products made to the customer's specifications.
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery (such as cosmetics, underwear, etc.).
- Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately via email at support.jmotorshow@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the product, and the refund or exchange will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. However, you can return the product within the stipulated time frame and then place a new order.
